Monthly retainer services operate on a month-to-month basis with 30 days written notice required to cancel. Fixed-fee implementation projects are governed by a project-specific SOW with defined deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novacloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
